		<description>I suppose you could talk to your neighbors and remind them that they aren&#039;t allowed to have their pets running around off-leash. 		<description>Moved to this neighborhood recently and really enjoy fixing up the yard; however,  I occasionally see roaming animals.  Most have collars on, so I would quess that they have a home.  Also, I have noticed them in neighbors yards after seeing them run free, both cats and dogs.  WHAT CAN BE DONE?!!!!!!</description>
